At your first appointment you may schedule your remaining appointments with your provider.
60-75 min each session
Must wait at-least 10 days in between appointments
All sessions must be complete within the time listed If you do not complete all of your purchased sessions within the time frame, your remaining sessions will be forfeited
3 sessions- within 60 days of first appointment
6 sessions-within 120 days of first appointment
9 sessions- within 180 days of first appointment
12 sessions- within 240 days of first appointment
